Adirondack country log homes provides a wealth of experience in the construction trades with over fifty years of combined experience from clearing your site, excavating, installing footings and foundations, septic and leach field, the first floor deck and building your log home with windows, doors and roof installed so that you are 'shell enclosed.

Our INterior finish work is where we can truly express our pride by finishing your log home as if it were our own.  incorporating decorative carvings with your rustic railings and posts, hand rails, etc. for your loft and deck

from interior walls, electric and plumbing; installing granite counter tops, kitchen cabinets and tiled bathrooms, hardwood floors and masonry fireplaces. 

We do it ALL - we do not sub out our work.  quality control is in our own hands.  we can do it all, or any part, it is your choice.

We have our own equipment.  a case industrial 580k extend a hoe/back hoe and front end loader.  also attachable fortes for loading and unloading logs.  A john deere 450-6 way blade bull dozer and ford dump truck.  with this equipment, we clear your home site, excavate for footings and foundation, grade and level, install roads and driveways, and install underground utilities.

most recently, Adirondack country log homes purchased 40 acres for a 4-lot (10 acre each) subdivision.  after surveying was completed, the company entered into the Adirondack park agency permitting process receiving its permit in April, 2006.  to date, a 30 foot wide road with underground utilities has been installed for 2,000 feet servicing the first two 10-acre parcels.  work is now underway installing road and driveway to the third 10-acre parcel.

a custom lake house model has been erected on the second 10-acre parcel totaling 1,776 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 full tiled bathrooms, living room, dining room, and family room.  amenities include floor to cathedral ceiling/roof stone fireplace, radiant floor heating, oak & pin flooring, granite tile counter tops with rustic hickory cabinets in kitchen and an open 16'x33' deck overlooks a spectacular view of lake Champlain, the Champlain valley and green mountains of Vermont.
