10% down of the log package price for engineered and stamped plans to meet the requirements for your town's building codes, where you plan to construct.

40% is required of the log package price to start manufacturing your log home.

balance of 50% is due upon delivery of your log home package

OR

Purchase the Adirondack country log home of your choice and hold the current price for up to two years!

How does it work? 

Just sign a country log home contract and choose the payment plan that's right for you:

1.  $00.00 down & $150.00 per month

2  $500.00 down & $125.00 per month

3.  1,000.00 down & $100.00 per month

Delivery must be taken prior to the end of the 24th month.  all payments are held in an fdic insured institution in a segregated account.
