Your Log Home Builder
Adirondack Country Log Homes is comprised of a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction trades. With over fifty years of combined experiences from clearing and excavating your site, installing footings and foundations, septic and leach field systems, decks, windows, doors and roofs installed so that you are shell enclosed.
In addition, our interior finish work is where we can truly express our pride by finishing your log home as if it were our own. Incorporating decorative carvings into your rustic railings, posts, hand rails and banisters for your loft and deck areas. From interior walls, electric and plumbing, installing granite counter tops, kitchen cabinets and tiled bathrooms, hardwood floors and masonry fireplaces. WE DO IT ALL!
We do not sub contract our work. Quality control is in our own hands. We can do it all, or any part, it is your choice.
Adirondack Country Log Homes has the equipment to clear your home site, excavate for footings and foundation, grade and level, install roads and driveways, and install underground utilities, septic and leach fields. We use insulated concrete forms (ICF's) offering the ARXX Products with an advertised insulation value of R-50 for your foundation walls. Adirondack Country Log Homes also offers radiant floor heating or a number of other conventional heating systems of your choice.
Most recently, Adirondack Country Log Homes purchased 40 acres for a 4-lot (10 acre each) subdivision. After surveying was completed, we entered into the Adirondack Park Agency permitting process, receiving our permit in April, 2006. To date, a 30 foot wide road with underground utilities has been installed for 2,000 feet servicing the first three 10-acre parcels. Work is now underway installing road and driveway to the fourth 10-acre parcel.
A custom Log Home Design has been erected on the second 10-acre parcel totaling 1,776 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 full tiled bathrooms, living room, dining room, and family room. Amenities include floor to cathedral ceiling stone fireplace, radiant floor heating, oak & pine flooring, granite tile counter tops with rustic hickory cabinets in the kitchen and an open 16'x33' deck overlooks a spectacular view of Lake Champlain, the Champlain Valley and Green Mountains of Vermont.
In April 2008, I received my realtors license and became a member of Warren County Association of Realtors (WCAR) as well as New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR). We have the expertise to be your Log Home Builder.
I joined the team of Owner & Broker, Darlene March of Adirondack Country Homes Realty, Inc. The company has an extensive listing of properties for sale throughout the Adirondack State Park as well as membership in five multiple listing services. Additionally, Darleen also provides a concierge service "In and Around the Adirondack Park". A unique feature to better serve you in your search for information.
This better enables me to serve the interest of clients who are not only looking for a log home, but who are seeking to find that special property in which to locate their dream log home or cabin.
Feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions regarding log homes or properties available.
